1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Cooked With Love LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Cooked With Love LLC provides homemade catering services, including but not limited to:
- Custom event catering
- Weekly meal preparation and delivery
- Special occasion dining
- Custom menu planning
- Dietary accommodation services
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders
All orders must be placed in advance. Minimum notice requirements:
- Weekly meal plans: 48 hours advance notice
- Small events (up to 10 people): 72 hours advance notice
- Large events (10+ people): 1 week advance notice
- Special occasions: 2 weeks advance notice
3.2 Payment
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. A 50% deposit may be required for large events.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations
- Weekly meal plans: Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery
- Small events: Cancel up to 48 hours before event
- Large events: Cancel up to 72 hours before event
4.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund due to ingredients already purchased and preparation begun.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
5.1 Food Safety
We follow all applicable food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling certifications. All meals are prepared in a clean, sanitized environment.
5.2 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination.
6. Delivery and Pickup
6.1 Delivery
Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees may apply. We will provide estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
6.2 Pickup
Pickup is available at our designated location. Please arrive at the scheduled time to ensure food quality and temperature.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cooked With Love LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
